School Day Out camps

Payments and Cancellation Policy:

1. 1. Payment: Families will receive an invoice for day camp fees via email prior to the scheduled camp date. Payment is due upon receipt. If payment has not been received before the camp date, your child will not be permitted to participate in the camp. Payment will not be accepted at drop-off on the day of camp.
   2. Cancellations and Refunds: If you need to cancel your child’s enrollment, a 50% refund will be issued ONLY if we receive at least 24 hours’ notice before the scheduled camp date. Cancellations received on the day of the camp are not eligible for a refund.
   3. Changes to Enrollment: Any changes to your child’s enrollment should be communicated as soon as possible. Refunds and cancellations will be handled according to the policy outlined above.
